Healey’s West December 2007 |
|
A very merry Christmas to everyone! We hope to see you all in the New Year at some of our events thoughtfully organised by our social committee members.
A big thank you to Peter Hayward for organising the evening at UWA Motorsport. If anyone else has any ideas for things the club could do please feel free to approach the committee if you need some help to arrange things.
A little while ago we invited people to send in technical questions or ask advice from other members, via the magazine. So far we haven’t had any so you must all be a lot of know alls! If you do have any please email the editor, Carole.
Meanwhile enjoy the festive season and come and join in our new year outing, a sausage sizzle at Mike and Jackie’s on the 19th Jan.
If your Healey door is trying to cut your legs off whenever you get in and out of your car you can adjust your door, you will need a 5/16 spanner to release the locking fork and a ½ inch spanner to adjust the nut to increase the resistance on the tensioner until the door holds in the open position.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
